Location is perfect for Universal, just a short walk away. The room was clean but the furniture felt outdated and worn. The parking fee of $31 per night is a bit steep. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially during live sports events when the bar offers nice specials.

The location is perfect for visiting Universal Studios, just a short walk away. The air conditioning didn't work properly, making the room uncomfortable. Enjoyed the happy hour with free drinks from 5-7 PM. Be ready for the surprise $31 nightly parking fee.

Exceptional staff, clean rooms, close to Universal.

The room size was spacious for a family of four with two beds, a small table, and a couch. the beds felt more like fulls than queens, leaving little room for comfort. The decor was minimal, lacking furniture and feeling empty. The air conditioning did not work, and the coffee maker was broken. The walls showed wear and tear, with stains on the desk chair. Pillows were uncomfortable, with only one usable. Cleanliness was an issue, particularly in the bathroom, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout. Staff was helpful yet often seemed unprofessional.

Decent location, just a short 10-minute walk to the shuttle. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and a well-sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and quick with check-in and check-out. the fresh paint smell in the room was overwhelming. Room cleanliness lacked; food remnants from previous guests were a concerning oversight. The toilet had issues that took days to resolve, and the shower was confusing to operate. the lighting was inadequate, and the door lock required excessive force to secure. Justifying the price was difficult, especially after a much better experience elsewhere. This hotel has potential but needs significant improvements. Would not return.

Quick access to Universal Studios is a major plus, just a minute's drive or a 15-minute walk to the shuttle stop. The rooms are spacious, perfect for families, and the staff is kind and helpful. the hotel could use some upgrades; my room faced a noisy road, and the fridge was quite loud. Unfortunately, I faced some billing confusion upon check-in and lacked amenities like enough towels. The beds felt smaller than advertised, which was uncomfortable. For the price, the experience didn’t quite match expectations, but the location and staff made it somewhat worthwhile.

The location is unbeatable, just a hop, skip, and jump from Universal Studios. The staff were friendly and tried to help, which is always a nice touch!
But seriously, the cleanliness left much to be desired.

I loved how close I was to Universal Studios and other fun spots like the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, just about 1.5 km away, making it easy to walk and enjoy the outdoors, and the neighborhood had plenty of great places to grab a bite, like Fatburger and K's Donut Emporium just a few steps away; while the room was spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed for my stay, I did notice the carpets in the hallways could use a good cleaning.

BLVD Hotel & Studios offers roomy accommodations ideal for families, with a convenient small kitchen. Its prime location near Universal Studios and easy access to major highways was a significant plus. some minor inconveniences regarding bedding and room view could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The talented mixologists created signature cocktails that blew my mind. The lounge's mood lighting and beer selection enveloped me in luxury. The Hollywood Bowl's history left me in awe.
The sinking bathroom was a thrilling surprise every morning.

The staff was exceptional and made our stay extra special, even accommodating an early check-in for my birthday! Our room was spacious, super clean, and had a fantastic view of the fireworks from Universal Studios. Plus, we loved having a mini fridge and coffee maker on hand—it felt like home!

The room was a total letdown—super dirty, like they barely cleaned it. The lights barely worked, and the bathroom was crawling with ants. The noise from the ceiling was unbearable; it felt like I was living under a stampede!

Great location and friendly staff. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and some rooms need updates.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a business trip, just a short walk to the Universal Studios Trolley. I enjoyed the convenience of having good food options within walking distance, such as the delicious roadside tacos nearby. The room was spacious and offered a comfortable stay.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with issues like blood on the wall and hair on the towels. Additionally, the limited functioning outlets, loose fixtures, and mold in the shower were disappointing.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the close proximity to the theme park, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased.
The outdated decor and lack of maintenance in the rooms. The cleanliness standards were subpar, with visible stains on the furniture and inadequate facilities such as the misrepresented pool.

We had a blast at Universal City Walk, an awesome spot for families with cool shops, yummy food, and fun entertainment. The short walk from our hotel was super convenient too!
My wife says that adding noise-cancelling headphones for kids would be helpful.

The rooms are spacious and there’s a nice fridge for your snacks. Great spots to eat nearby and it’s an easy trip to catch all the fun at Universal!
Prices are a bit steep, but it’s worth it for the ease of access!

we had a great time staying at blvd hotel & studios- walking distance to universal studios park. the location was perfect for our visit and the front desk team was incredibly helpful, giving us local tips and assisting us with public transportation. the room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and the television worked well. we also received efficient handling of a package delivery at the hotel.
Nothing, it is perfect 👌

My friends and I had a blast hitting up Universal City Walk and grabbing some bomb snacks and checking out cool stuff. We were living our best lives – snackin', shoppin' and chillin'. Definitely brought those good vibes, would do it again in a heartbeat, yo!
Only thing missin' was a lit rooftop party spot at the hotel. A sweet rooftop hangout with music and drinks would've been even more epic for us fun-loving peeps!

Close to Universal Studios. Modern rooms, comfortable beds, on-site cafe and bar, friendly staff, free shuttle to Hollywood Studios, walking distance to dining options.
Felt like visiting family, nothing too much trouble.

On the plus side, I loved the spacious room that easily accommodated my family of 5. The staff was super friendly and helpful, storing our luggage both before check-in and after check-out so we could explore without lugging our bags around. there were a few issues that dampened my experience. The room temperature was a bit inconvenient as there was no central air conditioning, just a portable unit that triggered my allergies. The lighting in the living room area was also not up to par, with broken lampshades and missing fixtures. the parking situation was quite a headache. The high parking fees and tight garage spaces made it challenging, especially for larger vehicles. The extra fees added up quickly, including a deposit fee and a service fee on top of the already pricey parking.

I chose Blvd Hotel & Studios for its convenient location near Universal Studios Hollywood, and it did not disappoint. The Backdrop Lounge had a contemporary vibe and the plush couches and dramatic lighting made for a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the BLVD Café served delicious sandwiches and pastries made with high-quality, fresh ingredients.
Staff not very welcoming.
